Booking and payment
How can I reserve my bike?
You can book it online through our website, by sending an email to info@gardasouthcycling.com or by calling +39 0456119465.
When do I need to pay for the rental?
Payment can be made online at the time of booking, or when you pick up the bike at the shop.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, just let us know at least 24 hours before the rental date. In case of bad weather, we offer a voucher to use on another date at no extra cost.
Delivery and included services
Do you provide a bike delivery service?
Yes, we deliver directly to hotels, campsites, or the starting points of your tour on Lake Garda. The
service must be requested at the time of booking.
What is included in the rental price?
Each bike comes with a high-quality anti-theft lock, a map or Komoot GPS track, a helmet on request, a smartphone/Garmin mount, and Ortlieb waterproof bags (on request, for trekking and multi-day trips).
Can I rent the bike the evening before?
Yes, at no extra charge: you can head out early in the morning and be free to ride whenever you like.
Technical assistance and safety
What happens if I get a puncture?
Our team is always available. If you have any problems, we’ll come to you with a support vehicle to repair or replace the bike.
Are the bikes insured?
The rental includes third-party liability (RC) coverage for damage to others resulting from structural failure. In case of theft or damage, the customer is responsible up to the value indicated in the contract.
What happens if the bike is stolen?
We provide an anti-theft lock, which must always be used when leaving the bike unattended. In case of theft, compensation equal to the residual value of the bike is required, as per the contract.
Practical details
What is the range of the e-bikes?
Our e-bikes are equipped with latest-generation batteries (500–625 Wh) that guarantee a minimum range of 80 km. We always recommend the most suitable model based on the route and elevation gain.
What documents are needed for the rental?
A valid ID and a credit card as a guarantee are required. For minors, the contract must be signed by a parent or guardian.
Is there a minimum age for renting?
Yes, rentals are allowed for adults. Minors can only rent with the authorization and signature of a parent.
Can I return the bike to a different location?
Yes, on request and with a possible surcharge. The service must be agreed upon at the time of booking.

What clothing should I wear?
We recommend sportswear and comfortable shoes. For longer tours, technical
cycling gear is recommended.
Do you also organize guided tours?
Yes, we work with certified cycling guides and offer personalized tours: wine tours, cooking classes, gravel experiences, multi-day Lake Garda tours, corporate events, and team building.
Do you offer long-term rentals?
Of course, we have special rates for weekly or monthly rentals, ideal for hotels, companies, and individuals who want a bike always at their disposal.
