Book your bike online quickly and easily, even up to 24 hours before pickup. Enter the required information, select the models you want to rent, and start your unique experience. If you want to have the bikes delivered directly to your hotel, just provide the address at the time of booking: we will take care of the delivery (deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, while pickup is scheduled from 6:00 PM). In case of rain or bad weather, you can change the date or receive a voucher valid for 12 months. Have an urgent request? Can I cancel my bike rental and get a refund?
Yes, it is possible to cancel your bike rental booking. Refund conditions depend on how much notice is given before the scheduled bike pickup time.
What happens if I cancel my rental up to 72 hours before pickup?
If the cancellation is communicated up to 72 hours before the bike pickup, you will receive a refund of the amount paid minus a €5 administrative fee.
What happens if I cancel my rental up to 48 hours before pickup?
If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours before the bike pickup time, you will receive a 50% refund of the rental fee paid.
Is a refund provided if I cancel with less than 48 hours' notice?
No. In the event of a cancellation communicated with less than 48 hours’ notice before the bike pickup time, no refund is provided.
